The long-range swell forecast for the Komune Bali Pro presented by The Mad Hueys is showing great surf and conditions for the QS 1,000 at Keramas. A quality field of 96 international surfers have arrived and settled into idyllic the surroundings of the Komune Bali Resort in readiness for the event.

Championship Tour (CT) veteran Taj Burrow (AUS) has the entire field excited about surfing against one of the world's greatest surfers. Burrow has been a perennial World Title contender with a record that includes two Runner-Up seasons and a Top 10 finish every year since 2002.

Fresh off his equal third placing at the CT event in Margaret River, Burrow looked at ease on arrival at Komune Bali Resort.

"This is a fun event for me," he said. "I get to hang with some of my very best mates and surf Keramas with just a few other guys in the water. It's all about the fun."

This year marks the second annual Komune Bali Pro, which is dual sanctioned by the World Surf League as a Qualifying Series 1,000-point event and the Asian Surfing Championship Tour.
