With the arrival of the winter swell, action could move from Honolua Bay to the big wave break of Pe'ahi for the first Big Wave Tour (BWT) event of the Northern Hemisphere window. The Pe'ahi Challenge is on Yellow Alert with projected wave faces of 30-feet-plus. Event organizers will monitor conditions closely and announce a Green Alert 72 hours before the start of the event, conditions permitting.
