In her first contest since April, reigning World Champ Stephanie Gilmore (AUS) found a long, righthand barrel to earn an 8.83. The score pushed her into the lead and secured a win over Hawaiian Malia Manuel (HAW). Gilmore has been injured, and is hoping to throw a wrench in the Title race.
