The 2015 elite Tours are going to see nine new faces between them -- seven rookies for the men's Tour and two for the women's. But no one on Championship Tour (CT) gets to where they are on their own. The coaches and surfers in this feature shed light on what goes on behind the scenes as competitors train for events and aim high in their careers.
