Nineteen heats of competition were completed on the biggest day of action at the men's and women's Drug Aware Margaret River Pro. Tyler Wright claimed her second victory of the season, Courtney Conlogue made her third straight final, Sebastian Zietz took down the unstoppable Caio Ibelli and veteran World Champ Joel Parkinson made his first semifinal since 2014.
