Big Wave Tour Teaser: Pe'ahi Challenge

The Big Wave Tour (BWT) event at Pe'ahi, Maui (also known as Jaws), could run anytime between now and Feb. 28, 2017. BWT contests only run if waves get big enough, as they did last year when Maui local Billy Kemper took on the giants and won the event.

This year, for the first time ever, a women's event could also run at Pe'ahi, back-to-back with the men's BWT contest. Among the invitees are Maui's Andrea Moller and Paige Alms, plus surf legend Keala Kennelly.
