Colapinto's Strong Start at Kiama

Following his heroic run in the Vans Triple Crown just over a month ago, Griffin Colapinto maintained his solid form on day one of the World Junior Championship. And although the waves in Kiama didn't pack the same punch as Hawaii, Griffin's small-wave game looked sharp as ever. He took a Round One win over Brazilian Kim Matheus Marcondes and South African Bevan Willis.
