With the Women's CT event on hold until Sunday, the Men's QS10,000 took center stage today at Huntington pier. More walled-up south lines rolled into the south side and the Men's performances did not disappoint. The No. 1-ranked Qualifying Series surfer, Jesse Mendes, went down in Round Three, as did another handful of CT surfers including the two surfers chasing the Rookie of the Year award, Connor O'Leary and Frederico Morais. Now into the Round of 16, the sprint is on to lock down the win at the biggest pro surfing event in North America. Here's just a slice of what went down today.
