These World Champions are also the last three event champions here at Lower Trestles (in fact, the event winner went on to win the title each year). But no matter what the stats or the prognosticators say, there's still the matter of going out and playing the game, and on Wednesday at Lower Trestles, nobody would have predicted that all three former champs would be headed to Round Two, where they will now face the threat of early elimination due to some big Round One performances by Silvana Lima and Keely Andrew.
