Josh Kerr is a 10-year veteran of the Championship Tour (CT). On Sunday in Portugal he told Rosy Hodge that this year will be his last, regardless of whether he's able to requalify for the Tour or not.
Competitively, Kerr has been struggling this season. But life off Tour couldn't be better. He's made tremendous business decisions that have set him up for after the CT, and his family life couldn't be better. Given his competitive struggles this year, and the fact that he went into it with doubts, the decision to move on is getting easier for Kerr. He explained it after his Round Three win over Jordy Smith.
