Let's face it, our digital age is dominated by imagery. The entire field of photography has been democratized by advances in both hardware and software. We're all carrying around a high-powered image maker in our pockets. We also spend hours each day wading through streams of photos (that can feel more like Class V rapids). But even in this amazing era of ubiquitous imagery, the world's best photographers stay on top of the field by spending countless hours chasing moments. The pursuit takes them all over the globe, putting them in some incredible situations, capturing remarkable events...and it's worth it, because incredible images are still as rare and as hard to come by as ever. Last month, renowned surf photographers Steve Sherman, Zak Noyle and Todd Glaser got together to share some moments behind a few of their favorite shots...moments that keep them in the game.
