With an event win at the Billabong Pico Alto and a runner-up finish at the Punta Galea Challenge, 30-year-old Makuakai Rothman (HAW) has claimed the 2014/2015 Big Wave Tour title. Rothman will be recognized at the upcoming Big Wave Awards, and opened up about what the win means to him from his home turf in Hawaii.
