Both reigning World Champ Gabriel Medina (BRA) and current World No. 5 Tyler Wright (AUS) claimed their first victories this season at the Quiksilver Pro France and 2015 Roxy Pro France, respectively. For Medina, the victory was his first since Tahiti in 2014, while for Wright it was her second consecutive win at the Roxy Pro, which she won last year. Read the full Finals day recap here.
