Tanner Gudauskas became one of the most successful wildcards in Hurley Pro history with his 3rd place finish on Wednesday. The San Clemente local presented Joel Parkinson with a huge challenge during the Semifinals. In the end, Gudauskas lost by one-tenth of a point.
With the big result, Gudauskas will be heading back to the Qualifying Series with a little extra swagger in his step, which will come in handy as he prepares for the final few battles that will determine whether or not he'll earn a spot on next year's Championship Tour.
