Using a double-arm-stall technique, Filipe Toledo -- and his new coif -- found a solid J-Bay tube for a perfect score in Round Two at the Corona Open J-Bay. Toledo ended with 19.63 points in the heat, which is the highest of the event so far. Toledo has been a continual threat at Jeffreys Bay, but has never made it past the Quarterfinals. He's hoping to change that this year.
