Residents in Capbreton have enrolled the help of local artists to educate beach-goers about pollution. The result is a four-faced art project on the main beach's iconic blockhouses supported by the city council of Capbreton, the Comité de Quartier 3. It features creations from Julie Escaffre, Agathe Toman, Sara Pasternak and Bizmut.
