Works under the supervision of the Surf Ranch Executive Sous Chef and Kitchen Supervisor. The cook is responsible for assisting the culinary team on the execution and preparation of menu items, receiving and processing deliveries, cleaning, and supporting the culinary department as requested by Executive Sous Chef, Kitchen Supervisor and Hospitality management. The position is responsible for ensuring quality meals and service for Surf Ranch guests during their stay. The Cook should familiarize themselves with the guests that are coming to visit Surf Ranch and be knowledgeable of any dietary or allergy restrictions.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness in the kitchen facilities meeting company standards and health code regulations
- Prepare food/maintain facility in accordance with company and health code regulations

Surf RanchGuest Experience HostWaveCo. Lemoore
The Guest Experience Host is responsible for championing the guest experience for all groups from beginning to end. The position will act as the liaison between the Guest and the Guest Experience team and be the primary point of contact throughout all experiences. The Guest Experience Host be an extension of the guest experience process prior to arrival and relay the needs of the guests while they are on site to the operational teams. The position will work closely across all departments to ensure a smooth operational flow and the guest’s needs are being met.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Acting as the main point of contact from the time a group arrives on site until they depart
- Coordinate with Guest Experience team to gather information for upcoming experiences
- Welcome all arriving guests to Surf Ranch
- Champion the collateral creation process including but not limited to guest itineraries, site maps, welcome videos, etc.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and keep open lines of communication with group lead and other group stakeholders
- Relay information to the appropriate team to ensure a smooth-running operation

The Hospitality Lead is responsible for deliverables related to guest services. This includes management of the Hospitality Servers and Bartenders of Surf Ranch. The Hospitality Lead will report directly to the Director of Food & Beverage.

Surf RanchHospitality ServerWave Co. Lemoore
Hospitality Server staff are responsible for providing a quality guest experience by properly serving guests meals and refreshments throughout the day. Under the direct supervision of the Food & Beverage Supervisor, the Hospitality Server employee will perform various duties at the Surf Ranch facility both guest facing and non-guest facing. This includes serving meals, clearing dishes, and interacting with guests. This role also takes direction from the Cooks and Sous Chef to ensure quality of food and to communicate guest requests and food allergies to the chef.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Adhere to all departmental standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure the timely delivery of all food and beverage needs at Surf Ranch
- Serve food & drinks and remove dishes and glassware after use
- Help wash dishes and glassware after mealtimes
- Polish glassware and silverware after each meal service
- Ensure all tableware offered to guests are clean, polished and properly cared for

ITIT Support AnalystEl Segundo, CA (HQ)
The IT Support Analyst assists all WSL team members in our regional offices, to ensure all required user-based technology is distributed and accounted for and running properly. This is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the IT Manager. This is a hybrid position with a current 3 days in office at our El Segundo HQ.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Manage and prioritize help desk tickets, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Assist in managing our Google Workspace for Business platform including but not limited to: adding new users and assigning them to proper email distribution lists, troubleshooting Google Workspace.
- Assist in our SaaS applications including but not limited to; adding new users, creating knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting issues that occur.
- Assist in management of AT&T Business Premier Account including but not limited to adding new lines of service and configuring new phones, ensuring the correct international plans are set up ahead of our event schedule.

The Senior Manager of Communications is a crucial role in the WSL Communications department and is responsible for focusing on and amplifying the WSL’s corporate, business, and athlete initiatives. This position collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, partners, and stakeholders to develop and implement external and internal communications plans to promote key narratives and increase global awareness, with a prioritization on the US market.
This role reports directly into the VP, Global Communications. Based on business and team priorities, the successful candidate should be based in Los Angeles, California, in a hybrid working environment. This role will include three days in-office (El Segundo).
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Build global PR strategy/roadmap around the WSL’s key assets, including WSL Tours and its athletes, and WSL brand initiatives.
- Identify opportunities and pitch stories to further WSL’s key narratives and profiles in the press
- Key focus is generating press coverage through heavy pitching efforts to drive maximum awareness, particularly in the US, for mainstream media across target segments including, but not limited to: mainstream US news, sport, lifestyle, entertainment, and key thought-leaders.
- Support the Management and Leadership teams for strategies related to the brand, Tours, key programs, key events, partners, and athletes. Qualifications:
