The WSL is a truly global sports and media company with regional offices in Australia, Asia, Africa, North America, South America, and Europe.
In 2016, Kelly Slater Wave Company (KSWC), joined the WSL as an innovative wave technology company. KSWC is the first to develop a formula that combines cutting-edge science, engineering, and design to create the longest, open-barrel, high-performance wave in existence.
In 2018, WSL announced the creation of WSL Studios, focused on being the home of live competitive surf content and the premier place to create short-form, TV series, documentaries and feature films oriented around surfing, surf-lifestyle and ocean conservancy.

As the Art Director, you will lead the World Surf League’s efforts in creating groundbreaking creative design concepts and directions to push the boundaries of creativity, innovation, impact and engagement in surf. The World Surf League is seeking a narrative-driven, passionate and innovative Associate Social Video Producer to join our Content team. This position will report directly into the Social Media Manager. This position will be responsible mainly supporting the creation, editing and social publishing of our visual assets across our social channels. The candidate will have the incredible chance to shape the WSL's presence in the global surfing community by producing, scheduling and publishing content mainly focused on Instagram and TikTok as well as Facebook and X.
In a global sport, this team member will need to possess versatility, adaptability, extreme organization, and knowledge of both current social and surfing landscapes. The position will be local (Los Angeles) with the potential for event travel in alignment with our yearly competition calendar.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
- Identify, create and publish engaging social-first content that champion’s the WSL’s values in supporting our global audiences and viewership on our social channels [FB, IG, X, TikTok, YT]
- Proactively build consistent content for our key narratives; inclusive of surfer-first and personality driven, from planning through execution
- Supports team in live event coverage with graphics, video editing, community management, and live publishing

Surf RanchCookWaveCo. Lemoore
Works under the supervision of the Surf Ranch Sous Chef and Kitchen Supervisor. The cook is responsible for assisting the culinary team on the execution and preparation of menu items, receiving and processing deliveries, cleaning, and supporting the culinary department as requested by Chefs, Hospitality management, and people leaders. The position is responsible for ensuring quality meals and service for Surf Ranch guests during their stay. The Cook should familiarize themselves with the guests that are coming to visit Surf Ranch and be knowledgeable of any dietary or allergy restrictions.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness in the kitchen facilities meeting company standards and health code regulations
- Prepare food/maintain facility in accordance with company and health code regulations

Summary: The F&B Manager is responsible for all aspects of the food and beverage experience. This includes the development and implementation of processes which enhance system efficiencies and increase productivity and service. This position will manage the Hospitality Leads and F&B Supervisor of the Surf Ranch.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Oversee the daily operation of the F&B department
- Provide leadership for the hospitality department
- Adhere and enforce all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within the hospitality department
- Organize the food and beverage teams for maximum efficiency
- Build necessary documents to support SOPs and operational flow

The Hospitality Server ensures that guests are comfortable and provide food and beverage service. To ensure the ranch house service is at a quality at all times while preserving a level of guest privacy. To complete all cleaning and preparation to ensure a smooth service at all times.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- To prepare and carry out food and beverage service to guests in a courteous and efficient manner. This includes offering service to guests, regularly checking the floor, this includes all ranch house, decks and surrounding areas.
- To keep back of house and ranch house areas tidy at all times and to regularly clean all associated equipment.
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks for guest and wash utensils after each use.
- Pour all drinks to the recommended legal standard (correct measure) in the appropriate glassware.
- Clean up after food service including with appropriate chemicals.
- To notify the Director of Guest Services if you observe a particular item of stock is running low.

The Senior Accountant plays a vital role in WSL’s financial reporting and drives key operational accounting processes. The Senior Accountant performs full-cycle month-end close and reporting duties for multiple subsidiaries, and they will interface directly with regional accounting resources. Reporting directly into the Controller, the Senior Accountant must possess a solid understanding of GAAP and will be instrumental in improving and documenting processes to support growth in WSL’s business. This role will partner with key business owners to drive timely and accurate financial reporting.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Record journal entries for both balance sheet and P&L accounts to account for day-to-day activities as well as part of the month end close and complete related account reconciliations
- Support the fixed asset system and process through the review and approval of assets, recording of depreciation, and acting as liaison between the Digital/IT and Finance department to ensure proper analysis is performed in accordance with ASC 350
- Support the sales and collection process by coordinating with Partnerships and Legal, ensuring invoices are in line with contracted payment terms and recognizing related revenue in accordance with ASC 606
- Support the payroll accounting process through coordination with HR
- Review expense reports, reconcile credit cards and act as point of contact to resolve any related issues
- Review intercompany and related party transactions and generate allocation journal entries between subsidiaries

Surf RanchSite Safety OfficerWaveCo. Lemoore
The overall safety and security of Surf Ranch is critical to the site, staff, and guests visiting Surf Ranch and the Site Safety Officer (SSO) will be responsible for this undertaking. Under the direct supervision of the Surf Ranch Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) Manager, the Site Safety Officer at Surf Ranch will work to keep Surf Ranch safe and secure at all times. This position will be responsible for all vehicles and patrons that arrive and depart Surf Ranch daily. The security of Surf Ranch is critical and can directly affect the overall guest experience. The Surf Ranch Site Safety Officer must have a thorough understanding of the Surf Ranch property lines and all entrances and exits on site. The Site Safety Officer must understand areas of the property that are less secure than others and to monitor those areas accordingly.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Interface with guests and employees as they enter Surf Ranch through the service and main entrances.
- Identify guests as they arrive and ensure that they have an invitation to be onsite.
- Patrol Surf Ranch on a consistent basis.
- Monitor the perimeter fence throughout the day and night.
- Intervene and resolve security threats or issues as they arise.
- Guard position will most likely be the first visual touchpoint upon guest arrival so friendliness, and good attitude are important per Surf Ranch ‘guest service trail’.
- Assist with overnight accommodation check in and out processes.
