Hefty swell showed up for Day 5 at the Corona Saquarema Pro and so did the Championship Tour qualification drama. Adding to the list of qualified surfers, Samuel Pupo accomplished his mission in excellent fashion and will rejoin his brother, Miguel, back on the CT with a Round Of 16 victory. Dream Tour ambitions were dashed by young North Shore local Shion Crawford and Tahiti's Mihimanya Braye who took out Jackson Baker and Mateus Herdy.
