The women's E. Leclerc Pont-l'Abbe Junior Pro La Torche got underway today and ran the first two rounds of competition in clean two-to-three foot waves to decide the last 16.
The event's top seeds swept the heat wins in Round 2 with the likes of Janire Gonzalez Etxabarri, Hina-Maria ConradiLucia Machado, Aelan Vaast, Francisca Veselko and Juliette Lacome advancing through.
