Before the Hurley Pro Sunset Beach, Rising Tides presented by Pura Vida brought four of the local Hawaiian high school surf teams together with Championship Tour surfers like Carissa Moore, Sally Fitzgibbons, Brisa Hennessy, and more. The event showcased the momentum of the next generation of female surfers while giving them a chance to see what it takes to become a pro surfer and one day make the Championship Tour.
