Wild Sunset Continues To Push World's Best, Men's Quarterfinals Locked In \\ 805 Post Show Day 2

Only eight remain after a wild Day 2 unraveled at the famed Sunset Beach with a difficult lineup challenging competitors' ability to adapt and read ever-changing lines. Dominant showings from Jake Marshall, Jacob Willcox, and Frederico Morais in the Round of 32 alongside hefty upsets gave way to world-class duels in the Round of 16. Rookie sensation Willcox stormed into the Quarterfinals over one of Oahu's own, Kanoa Igarashi notched one back over fellow Southern California rival Griffin Colapinto, plus Liam O'Brien shut down Ethan Ewing's electric run to move into the Quarterfinals. Now, the men are ready to battle for the 2024 Hurley Pro Sunset Beach title when they hit the water. Tune in for the holiday free surf tomorrow, Monday, February 19.
