HOSSEGOR, France (Wednesday, January 3, 2018) - WSL Europe is saddened by the loss and tragic passing of Tânia Oliveira, one of our talented young surfers from the Azores.
As part of the European surfing community, we share the grief and mourning and our thoughts and prayers are with Tânia's friends and family in this difficult time.
A memorial paddle-out ceremony will be held tomorrow, January 4th, at 4 p.m local at Praia dos pescadores in Ericeira.
