It's been a massive year for the progression of the sport.
What's the only thing better than surfing a big-wave spot for an hour, with just five other women? Even more of it.
Despite much tougher competition this year, the Maui local prevailed again to take the Big Wave Tour lead.
Meet the six surfers who will compete in the second-ever women's Pe'ahi Challenge.
Bianca is a Mavericks graduate, and charges harder than most out there. She is a fitting addition to the Women's Performance Awards
For the first time in history, the Big Wave Tour will run a women's contest if and when the Pe'ahi Challenge is called on.
