Ado's Maui GoPro
In her final CT event of 2014, Pauline Ado submitted this gem to the WSL GoPro Challenge.

After winning event trials for the Rip Curl Women's Pro Bells Beach, French surfer Pauline Ado has earned a spot back into a women's Samsung Galaxy Championship Tour (CT)

Ado fell off the CT last season, finishing at No. 14 overall. This year she has begun the quest for requalification, competing in three events on the 2015 Qualifying Series (QS) so far and is currently ranked at No. 18 on the QS. Ado only made it as far as Round 2 in the 2014 Bells event, but with wildcards able to keep their points on the CT in 2015, she'll likely be looking for a better result in an effort to earn her way into more events on the 2015 Tour season.

"I am stoked to get into the event," said Ado. "Hopefully we get good waves like we did today.

"Thank you to Rip Curl for allowing me the chance to surf in the trials and make it into the main event."

The Rip Curl Pro Bells Beach finalized its event roster with the addition of Phillip Island's Joe Van Dijk, winner of the men's trials. Currently ranked No. 17 on the men's Junior Qualifying Series, Van Dijk, a powerful and progressive regularfooter, will surf in his first CT event with the support of his sister, women's CT rank equal No. 9 Nikki Van Dijk.

"It's going to be so good to compete in the Rip Curl Pro with my sister," Van Dijk said.

"I have been watching her compete over the past few years and it is what I have been aspiring to do, it's nice to get the chance to surf in the main event."

Don't forget Ado, Van Dijk and men's wildcard Mason Ho, can all be added to your Fantasy Surfing lineups. The waiting period for the Rip Curl Pro and Rip Curl Women's Pro Bells Beach begins April 1 and will be webcast LIVE on the World Surf League homepage.
