Carlsbad, CA (Tuesday, January 28, 2014) - Dragon Alliance is proud to announce Alejo Muniz, 23, as the most recent addition to Dragon's elite surf team roster. With his progressive style, aerial prowess, and ability to dominate in the competitive arena, Alejo was an ideal addition to the team.
“I am very excited to start the New Year with a brand that I have always admired and I am looking forward to fun times ahead with the Dragon family,†states World Tour athlete Alejo Muniz.
Alejo Muniz's incredible talent first began turning heads worldwide while he was still in his teens. In 2010, he joined the ASP World Tour, and finished in the Top 10 his rookie year. “Alejo is a surfer whose passion and commitment to performance are inspiring,†explains Dragon's Global Brand Manager Rick Irons. “That inspiration is what Dragon is all about, making him a perfect fit for our surf program.â€
Alejo will kick off the 2014 WCT season wearing Dragon's new line of floatable sunglasses, which launched in 2013.
