Most of Central America is plagued with heavy rain and onshore winds in October. But for Jackson Dorian and Erin Brooks, the conditions aligned in Nicaragua to turn on some of the best beach breaks in the region.
When asked about the conditions on day one of a month-long trip, Erin Brooks replied with, "5-6 [foot], super glassy, offshore, perfect barrels, left and right."
When that's the first surf report of the trip, you know you're spending the entire day in the water.
When they weren't surfing, the stoked groms kept busy with ping pong, golf cart rides, and some beach horseback riding. Despite being blissfully distracted by endless tubes and warm water, Jackson said they even tried to fit in some schoolwork...
