With the wrap of the 2014 Women's World Championship Tour at the Target Maui Pro, Women's WCT Fantasy players saw some big wins, too. Robbie, who was among Top 5 at the season's end, shared his winning strategy on how to maximize success over the season.

About Robbie
Hometown: London, UK
Favorite Break: Panorama, Taghazout, Morocco
Favorite Male Surfer: Conner Coffin (USA)
Favorite Female Surfer: Sally Fitzgibbons (AUS)

Top three qualities he looks for when picking his surfers:
1. Consistency at each individual event. I look for those that have posted Quarters or better in previous years at that specific stop.

Carissa Moore winning her semifinal heat over Stephanie Gilmore Carissa Moore won both the Margaret River Pro and Rip Curl Women's Pro in 2013 and 2014. - WSL / Kirstin Scholtz

2. Who has been in form throughout this season and seasons before. Loads of the women have been in form all year, posting huge results even though they may be in Tier B. Sally Fitzgibbons, for instance, hasn't placed lower than fifth since 2009 and has been in Tier B a few times.

Nikki Van Dijk (AUS) at the 2014 Vans U.S. Open of Surfing. Van Dijk made the Quarterfinals at the Vans US Open. - WSL / Rowland

3. Pick one of the women in Tier C that has the potential to progress into the later rounds of the event. Nikki Van Dijk (AUS) and Alessa Quizon (HAW) are two great examples of solid surfers that have been in Tier C, but have progressed into Round 4 and the Quarterfinals.
