A second consecutive lay day has been called at the Soöruz Lacanau Pro, due to inconsistent surf.
Conditions remain in the one-foot range with offshore winds early morning turning into onshore summer breeze. Delayed calls throughout the day showed no improvement unfortunately and event officials were forced to send everyone home on Day 3.
"Today is completely flat, we were expecting a little push in the afternoon but unfortunately it didn't materialize," Yannick Sarran, WSL Europe Head judge said. "The Northern Atlantic buoys are showing a little movement now, so we're expecting to start tomorrow morning when the waves get here."
Event N°2 of 7 in the European Qualifying Series, the Soöruz Lacanau Pro will help decide the 2015 European Men's Champion.
The next call is set for Thursday morning 7:20AM for a potential start of the second round.
