Although the Quiksilver Pro Gold Coast doesn't kick off until March 11, John John Florence chased a swell to Snapper Rocks for a quick board-test mission with his longtime shaper John Pyzel. The three-day pursuit proves that the current World No. 1 is not messing around this off-season. John and the Pyzel crew brought 16 boards over to Australia, all of which are variations of the Ghost or Phantom.
