Some of Australia's best surfers have been making the most of some time at home, a small respite amidst the challenging circumstances the world is dealing with right now. While you can probably still surf in most parts of Australia, many people are taking the time to work on their fitness at home, enjoy their families and some well-earned downtime.

Julian Wilson and his partner Ashley welcomed a new arrival to their family earlier this year. He's staying sharp and also enjoying some extra time at home with the family, at a point when the Australian leg of the World Tour would usually have been in full swing.

Sally Fitzgibbons is giving us a behind-the-scenes look into her routine at home on the NSW South Coast, and will be answering questions from fans about her life as one of Australia's best-know professional athletes, so if there's anything you've ever wanted to ask a top pro, let her know. An eternal frothing grom, she's also shared a secret about why she wears a dry wetsuit for her surf checks.

Tour veteran Adrian Buchan has moved house! We think only temporarily... but he's also making the most of some extra time at home with the family, as well as working hard in the gym, so he's ready to go when competition resumes.

As is Isabella Nichols, one of Australia's most promising up-and-coming Tour talents, who has shared her home workout routine.

Meanwhile, Nikki Van Dijk has taken us along for an entire yoga session, which is the perfect way to stay strong and flexible for when we all have the green-light to hit the waves again. It's also the perfect way to switch off and wind down if you're feeling any stress.
