Courtney Conlogue has been paying it forward lately. While waiting for the Championship Tour to resume, she's stepped into a roll as coach and mentor to the young girls of the USA Junior National team. Last week, alongside USA Surfing Olympic coach Brett Simpson, she got a chance to get her feet in the sand and work directly with her eager young surfers.
In playful summertime conditions in Oceanside, California, the girls from America's national and developmental teams took to the water under the watchful eye of Conlogue. The roster of talent included included notable rising stars such as Bella Kenworthy, Brynn Gallagher and Zoe Benedetto.

Throughout the training session the young surfers were put through the paces, running mock heats, working on strategies, as well as team building to help them prepare for future competitions. And who better to fire them all up and bring the passion than Conlogue?
As one of the top women on the Championship Tour, Conlogue has focused her efforts during COVID to helping others. Beyond her involvement with the U.S. National team, she's also been using her skills on a paddleboard to raise awareness for the group Feeding America.

And because Conlogue's a woman always on the move, she's recently also found time to appear in Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition, as well as continue to explore her remarkable talents as an artist.
Conlogue finished runner-up to the World Title back to back in 2015 and 2016, with several event wins under her belt including her three wins at the Rip Curl Pro Bells Beach.
