It's just a couple World Champs going out for a shred at their favorite sandbar, no big deal. After bagging his first Pipe Masters victory a couple weeks ago, John John Florence and Kelly Slater took the competitive edge off with a playful session at the Ehukai sandbar.
The opening wave has John getting a little good-natured redemption on Kelly for burning him in their heat at the Pipe Masters. Other than that, it's a lot of loose, creative surfing. And keep an eye on John and Kelly, both have been stacking clips at macking Haleiwa for the digital edition of this year's Vans Triple Crown of Surfing. You can peep all the latest entries right here.
