The Cabreiroá Pro Las Americas continues with 11 heats of men's RD3 in which Frenchmen Tim Bisso, Maxime Huscenot and Thomas Debierre make big moves.
It was a shorter third day of competition at the Cabreiroá Pro Las Americas as the swell continued to decline and the men's RD3 had to be stopped around the high tide mark in the afternoon.
That wasn't before the defending champ' Timothee Bisso posted two 8+ scores to post the day's biggest total though!
The French stamped their authority on Round 3 with another massive performance from Maxime Huscenot!
On the other hand, crusing under the radar is Germany's Lenni Jensen who's been putting in some time in the lineup and it shows..
While the heats were a bit slower, it gave us time to catch up with Yolanda Hopkins who posted big numbers yesterday and looks strong for this year's trophy in Tenerife.
Portugal's Yolanda Hopkins talks us through her opening day performance at Las Americas and her goals in this event and beyond.
Take a moment to check out some of the cool shots from the day below and we'll see you again at 8 a.m Thursday to potentially run the remaining heats of the men's RD3!
