Kolohe Andino makes history as one of the 18 athletes the WSL CT will provisionally qualify for the Tokyo 2020 Summer Olympic Games.
The 25-year-old surfed his rookie year in 2012, and in 2019 was the first male surfer from California to wear the Jeep Yellow Jersey in 23 years.
